1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits or plays Trust & Tease at trustandtease.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Trust & Tease.

2. Who can use Trust & Tease

Trust & Tease contains sexual content and is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult content where you live, to use the site. Every person taking part in a game must meet the same requirement.

Don't use the site where adult content is against the law, or on a device or in a place where people who haven't agreed to it, including anyone under 18, could see it.

3. Consent and conduct

Trust & Tease is a game of suggestions, never instructions. Every player must freely and enthusiastically agree to take part, and every player can pause, skip or stop a round, or end the game, at any time and for any reason. Agreeing to one round, or to the game as a whole, is never agreement to everything that follows.

Talk with each other before you play about boundaries, health and anything that's off limits, and remove any option you aren't comfortable with during setup. Don't play while anyone is too intoxicated to give or withdraw consent.

You are responsible for your own actions and for how you play. Use common sense: practise safer sex, follow the instructions and safety advice that come with any product, and stop straight away if anything hurts or feels wrong.

4. Violence

Under no circumstances is violence acceptable in Trust & Tease. The game is about trust, pleasure and playfulness, and nothing in it should ever be used to hurt, frighten, pressure or harm another person.

Players can add their own acts during setup. If you add something like spanking, it is strictly meant to be playful, never to cause real pain or injury. The Receiver always has the ultimate say: they decide whether it happens, how firm it is, and when it stops, and they can stop it at any moment without needing to give a reason.

The same applies to the Giver. If the Giver feels uncomfortable at any point, they should stop too. Nobody should ever be expected to do something they don't want to do.

5. Using the game

Trust & Tease is free to play, with no account needed. The players, options and custom entries you add are saved in your own browser so you can carry on where you left off.

Anything you type into the game, such as player names or your own options, is your responsibility. Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt, copy or misuse it.

The design, text, artwork and code of Trust & Tease belong to us. You're welcome to use the site for your own personal, private play, but not to reproduce or resell it without permission.

6. Links to other sites

Our shop and some other pages link to products on third-party websites. Some of these are affiliate links, so we may earn a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you.

We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, products, prices, delivery or returns. Any purchase is between you and the retailer, under their terms and privacy policy.

7. Disclaimer

Trust & Tease is provided for entertainment only, "as is" and "as available". It isn't medical, sexual-health or relationship advice. If you have a health condition, injury, pregnancy or any concern about an activity, please speak to a qualified professional before trying it.

We try to keep the site working and accurate but can't promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for your particular situation.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any injury, loss or damage that arises from playing Trust & Tease, from acting on its suggestions, or from products bought through links on the site. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for keeping yourself and the other players safe.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when Trust & Tease gains new features. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep any protections the law of your home country gives you.
